Cancellation and Refund Policy
For all products sold on www.onlineayurvedaworld.com, we provide a 30 Day Replacement Guarantee for customers who find a manufacturing defect or damage in the product at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery and we shall send you a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
For Replacements within 30 delivery days, please contact us provided on website.

Replacement is offered for the products sold by www.onlineayurvedaworld.com , Ayurveda world Will Bear The 100% Cost of Return.
Customer will get new replacement product Within 2 to 15 working days, All India
For outright cancellations by you: If you cancel your order before your product has shipped/under processing, Ayurveda world will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped/processing, you can do one of the following:
- If product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, The patient will have to contact the support team and inform them or have to inform the doctor on non-receipt of product On Email Id : firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
- If customer paid twice for one product then the refund should be for one transaction, If He/She Wants.
- If the refund is initiated before the product is shipped/processing, than 100% amount will be refunded within 7 or 10 days.
- To initiate the refund request contact us.
- If the refund is initiated after the product is shipped/processing, than no refund request will be accepted.
- Ayurveda world - www.onlineayurvedaworld.com is confirming that, we are not selling medicine separately through cc avenue payment gateway & All Refund Money Will Be Given To The Patient / Customer By Ayurveda worls Only.
OUTSIDE OF INDIA :
- If you select India Post Parcel Services then, No Refund on damage of products ( however all packings will be done safely ) .Even If You Select Aramax , U must send damaged products photos as proof then it will be decided by Ayurveda world only whether money shall be refunded or not for damage.
- No Refund if customer don't follow custom rules of any country. custom duty must be paid by customers only .
- If customer wants to replace the product after delivery, all shipping costs will be paid by customer only . it may take 30 to 60 days for replacement .
- If package lost in transist , the amount will be refunded as per rule of shipping company i.e. aramax or India Post. Shipping / Handling charges & PayPal fees will not be refunded .
- If package is stucked and/or retuened to origin because of any reason then company will not refund any amount.
- All decisions regarding refund for outside India will be done by Ayurveda world Only & customers must be agreed of them, however we will do our best to make customers happy.
